Truck-mounted Water Well Drilling Rig
BT600 truck-mounted water well riling rig is truck-mounted rotary drilling rig. The drilling rig adopts the chassis of SINOTRUK 8 x 4 special vehicle.
The diesel engine, double hydraulic winches, mud pump, rotary table, mast, kelly are all installed on the chassis.
It equipped with independent 132KW/2200rpm diesel engine for drilling, and install generator set (MF)to provide night lighting or welding maintenance at the construction site.
According to the local geological conditions, BT600 drilling rig can drill with mud, DTH hammer, air foam and hydro-hammer.

Electromechnical Drilling Rigs
Electromechnical Drilling Rigs is powered by diesel engines coincident with hydraulic torque converter which drives drilling winch, mud pump, automatic air compressor and energy saving generator by integral chain box drive.Power between power package, transmission unit and work unites is conveyed by cardan shaft. Drawworks equips with the auxiliary drive device to lift up and down the derrick, to automatic driller and boot up in emergency. K type derrick with assembling placed on the ground and raising/ laying down as a whole can equip with top drive; Box on box type substructure(swing-up type for ZJ50 and ZJ70 rigs) ensures conveniently disassemble and assemble, good stability and high safety. Rotary table is driven by Drawworks power through special rotary table drive unites or independently driven by AC VF motors.
The drilling rig is powered by a diesel generator. The AC power from several diesel generators controls and drives drawwork, mud pumps,rotary table drive motors, motor-driven drawwork, mud pumps and rotary tables via SCR or VFD systems. Drilling rig adopts K type derrick, low installation, overall release; base with parallelogram structure, low installation, use drawwork tension to rise in place; Drawwork main brake using hydraulic disc brakes, auxiliary brake for electromagnetic eddy current brake or Eaton brake; VFD drive of the rig drawwork, auxiliary brake can use energy braking; drive turntable motor through two gearbox drive rotary table.
