BYSL Series Jet Mud Mixer is independent skid-mounted mud mixing unit integrated with centrifugal sand pump and jet mud hopper. It adopts Venturi negative pressure principle to automatically suck powder, realizing rapid mixing and hydration of bentonite, polymer and drilling fluid for efficient mud preparation.
Working pressure 0.25～0.4 MPa, flow 45～320 m³/h, power 11kW～75kW. Explosion-proof motors complying with EXdIIBT4/IECEx/ATEX are optional. Models marked (D) are equipped with integrated electric control. Integrated skid design enables quick commissioning after pipeline connection, convenient transportation and installation, offering an efficient complete mud mixing solution for drilling sites.
