Mud gun
Brief introduction
Mud guns and agitators are used together to prevent mud solids from settling, orfor transporting mud; The number of mud guns depends on the size of the mud tank andis usually installed on the mud line of the mud tank; According to the size of the slurryinlet, it is divided into 2 inch mud guns and 3 inch mud guns. According to the structuralcharacteristics, it is divided into fixed mud gun (Figure 2-1) and rotary mud gun (Figure2-2).

Design feature
1) Nozzle
The three nozzles are designed at a 120° Angle, and even the stationary mud gun can radiate the mud tank in all directions, and the rotating mud gun can radiate the mud tank without blind spots. The nozzle is made of polyurethane and has a life of up to 2000 hours.
2) Hand shank
Foldable handle design, convenient and safe.
Assembly and use
1、 Installation of equipment
The positioning of the mud gun should be as shown in if 4-1:
1-1)、It is recommended to arrange a mud gun on each tank length equal to the width of the tank, and the mud gun is arranged in the middle of this length.
1-2)、 The center line of the slurry inlet of the mud gun is aligned with the middle position of the mud pipeline of the mud tank. The center line of the mud gun nozzle is 6 "away from the bottom of the tank.
Use of equipment
Grease should be added before the new equipment is used or the equipment is used again.
Common problems and maintenance
1、 Routine maintenance and maintenance
1-1)、 The mud gun should be turned off before service and marked with a prominent label.
1-2)、 Grease the rotor once a week and check the mud gun assembly for mud leaks and loose parts.
1-3)、 Check the mud gun nozzle monthly for excessive wear, and the new nozzle size is 5/8 ". When the nozzle is greater than 7 /8 ", the nozzle should be replaced.
1-4)、 Check and replace the damaged or worn components of the device. Order them
from AIPU according to the part number.
2、 Common problems and solutions
Quality guarantee
1. Under this clause, the warranty period of the product is 14 months after shipment or 12 months after installation and commissioning( whichever limitation is met first). During the warranty period, AIPU is responsible for product quality problems caused by
non-expendable parts or non-human error, and provides guidelines for the operation, maintenance and testing of AIPU mud gun, allowing the use and replacement of authorized expendable parts within the specified period. This warranty will no longer apply to any misused, misused, improperly installed or poorly maintained mud gun. During the warranty period, if Buyer finds defects in the material or manufacturing process of the product, Buyer shall notify AIPU in writing and AIPU shall be responsible for the replacement of the product or parts. No warranty, express or implied, is given by AIPU for costs in excess of the repair or replacement of defective parts. In the event of repair or maintenance (excluding normal wear parts replacement) without the permission of AIPU or other technical service personnel authorized by AIPU, this warranty shall be void and all consequences arising therefrom shall not be borne.
2. The AiPU guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
a. Faults occur after the warranty period.
b. Failure caused by chemical erosion or abrasion loss.
c. Equipment damage caused by accidents in transit.
d. Purchased parts that have not been modified by AIPU and are directly sold as supporting parts, with the warranty borne by the original manufacturer
e. Failure caused by misuse, miscue, misuse, or improper maintenance.
f. Any equipment failure caused by unauthorized repair or modification or the use of parts not authorized by AIPU.
3. The above warranty means "Mud Gun Warranty". This mud gun warranty is exclusive to Buyer.
4. The Company represents that this WARRANTY IS the sole warranty of Buyers of the Company, to the exclusion of all other express warranties (whether oral, written or arising from promises, descriptions or samples) and all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, non-infringement warranties, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties arising from related acts or business practices。
5. Buyer undertakes that it has evaluated the quality of the mud gun and finds that the mud gun is in accordance with Buyer's operational requirements (including treatment applications). Does the buyer know how to evaluate and select the installation site of the AIPU mud gun and understand the operation method of the AIPU mud gun.
6. AIPU does not guarantee any approval or certification from relevant management departments for any use of our mud guns.
7. Buyer assumes the risks, liabilities and/or costs of mud guns arising from compliance with relevant authorities or other laws and regulations as agreed in this Agreement.
8. AIPU did not inspect the site of the Buyer's pre-loaded mud gun and therefore does not guarantee the installation of the AIPU mud gun. The Buyer should ensure that businesses and individuals renting or leasing the AIPU mud gun are aware of the above warranties and disclaimers.
