BXK-51 series explosion-proof electrical control box (hereinafter referred to as the control box) in strict accordance with GB/T 3836.1-2021 “explosive environment Part 1: equipment General Requirements”, GB/T 3836.2-2021 “explosive environment Part 2: by the explosion-proof enclosure ‘d’ protection of equipment, GB/T 3836.31-2021 “Explosive Environment Part 31: Equipment Protected by Dustproof Ignition Shell ‘t’” is designed and manufactured by the State Quality Supervision and Inspection Department, and has obtained the “Explosion-proof Certificate of Conformity”

Structure Description
The control box is flameproof and explosion-proof structure, the shell material is Q235, and the minimum wall thickness is 8.0mm. The lid is provided with 6 mechanical knob structure and 10 transparent observation window structure. The transparent part is tempered glass, and the transparent part and the lid are glued and compressed. The box is equipped with circuit breakers, AC contactors and other electrical components, the 3 box is provided with 16 packing cable type introduction devices that have obtained explosion-proof certificates, 16 spare plug plug plug holes, installation is equipped with packing cable type introduction devices that have obtained explosion-proof certificates. There are rubber O-rings or gaskets between the joint surfaces of the products, which meet the requirements of dust explosion-proof structure.
