The BEYOND 2024 Spring Festival Gala has been held on February 3, 2024.at the Haidai Oasis Hotel, Qingzhou City, Shandong Province.
This annual meeting not only invited employees' partners, but also invited their parents, children, and relatives.
The conference has been divided into five parts namely:
the speech by the General Manager Mr.Zhao,
the speech by representatives of employee family members,
the gratitude fund for parents and families,
the distribution of dragon dolls,
and a self-made performance by employees
Firstly, General Manager Mr.Zhao introduced the development history of the company. And made a summary report on the work for 2023 and the expect outlook for 2024.
In 2023, we Beyond achieved fruitful results and exceeded our performance target of 58 million. In 2024, the company and each employee have also made detailed work plans. Everyone is actively striving and striving.
We are all moving forward towards our common performance goal of 100 million Chinese yuan.
Next is the company's excellent tradition of respecting the elderly and caring for the young. Mr.Zhao,the General Manager of the company has awarded gratitude funds to the parents and spouses of the employees one by one.
Thanks to our parents for taking care of household chores and children, and thanks to our spouse for their continued support, which has enabled the BEYOND employees to devote themselves wholeheartedly to their work. Our brilliant performance cannot be separated from your silent support.At the same time, the company also prepared Dragon Year dolls for the babies present.
The final segment of the annual meeting is a self-made performance.The employees have prepared a variety of floor shows.For example, songs, dances, etc. It has to be said that the guys on BEYOND are not only business elites, but also versatile professionals in daily life.
The poetry recitation of "BEYOND and ME" by Foreign Trade Department 2 not only tests the cultural heritage of the editor, but also reflects the singing skills of the young friends who play freely.
Thanks again to Beyond for providing everyone with this stage to showcase themselves.
The performance segment of the conference is also interspersed with exciting lucky draws.
At this annual meeting, everyone returned with a full load, whether in material, financial, or spiritual aspects.
Meanwhile,BEYOND also sent birthday wishes to family members who celebrate their birthdays this month.
At the end of the annual meeting, all the guests present took a group photo as a souvenir.
