Design principles

1. The solid control system is required to comply with SY/T6276 and ISO/CD14690 "Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Management Systems for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry", and the process flow and equipment should comply with relevant standards and specifications;

2. The solid control system is required to ensure the smooth operation of mud preparation, weighting, screening, circulation, control, and storage; The solid phase control capability of the drilling fluid purification system is required to be strong, able to meet the requirements of 5000m drilling technology, and able to adapt to foreign drilling conditions.

3. The solid control system meets the requirements of ultra deep well drilling technology and is suitable for the relocation and installation requirements of the drilling team;

4. The suction capacity and mixing capacity of the mixing pump and mixing funnel meet the requirements of the drilling process;

5. The solid control system is arranged on the right side of the drilling rig, meeting the requirements of deep well drilling technology and suitable for frequent relocation and installation of the drilling team;

6. The solid control system can withstand high temperature, explosion, leakage, corrosion, and rain.

7. The solid control system adopts five levels of purification equipment: vibrating screen, degasser, desander, desilter, and centrifuge; At the same time, the system is equipped with a supply pump, slurry supply pump, jet mixing device, agitator, etc., which can meet the process requirements of drilling fluid supply, configuration, circulation treatment, etc;

8. Railings are placed around the tank surface, with a height of 1200 and equipped with foot guards. The vibrating screen tank, purification tank, suction tank, and mixing tank meet the mechanical liquid level gauge height, and the railing is integrated with the entire tank area. The surface of the mud tank is made of anti slip steel grating and process identification; The width of the aisle shall not be less than 800mm. The flatness of a single or adjacent floating platform shall be less than 5mm.

9. All solid control equipment shall use domestic and foreign famous brand products, with high quality, long lifespan, and beautiful appearance;

10. All AC motors and control switches of the solid control system should meet explosion-proof and protective requirements, and the switch of the electrical control box should be equipped with locking pins.

11. The mud type is saltwater mud, and the rubber components of the mud suction system need to adapt to the requirements of this type of mud.

12. Suitable for road and ocean transportation, meeting the requirements of cranes and specialized moving and loading/unloading, and able to tow for short distances within the well site.
