Beyond Style——Sharing of Beyond Petroleum Training and Learning Activities
August 7th is the beginning of autumn in the twenty-four solar terms. Greeting the first rays of autumn light, Beyond Company began a fulfilling and meaningful day.

Beyond Engineering and Mining Department New Employee Induction Ceremony

Following the establishment of Beyond's Engineering and Mining Division, we finally welcomed our first new employee. Beyond staff held a brief welcome ceremony, and after completing the traditional apprenticeship ceremony, we officially began our career at Beyond. Thank you to everyone who has chosen Beyond, and we look forward to working with Beyond in the future, striving for mutual success!

Globalwits Training

After the new employee induction ceremony, Penny, the sales manager responsible for Beyond Globalwits, provided detailed training to Beyond sales staff. She provided detailed explanations on trade research, customs data analysis, data development, and social media development. This training enabled everyone to stay abreast of international developments and leverage the Globalwits platform to secure and develop relevant clients. The training was highly beneficial.

Solids Control Equipment and System Training

In the afternoon, two managers from the Beyond Petroleum Xi'an Branch provided training on solids control systems and electrical systems to Beyond employees. Using the wellsite layout and system diagrams, they connected knowledge, answered questions, and explored product sales strategies. Furthermore, the Xi'an Branch's products will primarily focus on solids control and electrical systems.

Hardworking "bees" at the Turkish wellsite

Beyond’s boss, Alex, arrived at the ZJ50 drilling rig service site in Diyarbakir last week to reunite with the client's engineers and crew to continue unfinished rig service work. The local temperature soared over 40 degrees Celsius, creating a scorching heatwave. Working in such conditions posed a constant risk of heatstroke. Despite these harsh conditions, Beyond and the wellsite staff, wearing thick work gear, remained on the front lines, ensuring precise execution of every step.

We believe that with their tireless efforts and the strong support and assistance from behind, we will soon be able to successfully start drilling!

The First Cup of Autumn's Milk Tea

During the beginning of autumn, Boss Alex prepared a heartwarming autumn milk tea for Beyond employees and trainees, allowing them to relax after a hard day's work and enjoy the coolness of summer. Caring for the physical and mental health of our employees is a well-being principle that Beyond has always upheld. Milk tea in hand, success assured! I hope Beyond employees will enjoy this milk tea and continue to receive good news!
