On August 26, 2025, thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees and the strong support of new and existing customers, the company finally achieved its goal of 100 million yuan. This is undoubtedly a significant milestone in Beyond's development.
It took Beyond nine years to achieve this goal.
Review of development history
2025 will undoubtedly be a year of rapid development and steady progress for Beyond. After nine years of accumulated experience and business development, Beyond expanded this year from a one-stop supplier of professional oil drilling equipment to the Beyond High-Tech Group, encompassing Beyond Petroleum Equipment, Glory Petrochemical Equipment, Beyond Petroleum Technology, Xi'an Beyond Petroleum (focusing on solids control and electronic control products), Beyond Steel Pipe (focusing on oil casing and tubing), Beyond Engineering and Mining (mining, water well, and pile foundation drilling rigs), and Beyond Manufacturing (supporting Beyond trade products). Leveraging the scale and business expansion of its initial subsidiary, Beyond Petroleum, Beyond is on its way to a more comprehensive, specialized, and efficient
development.
2017-2019 Startup Survival Period
Beyond officially began operations in March 2017. Initially comprised of a small team of four, they achieved impressive annual sales exceeding 30 million RMB. Their early efforts laid a solid customer base for Beyond's growth.
2020: The Beginning of Awareness
The 2020 pandemic impacted the foreign trade market, and Beyond also experienced a brief "ice age," with annual sales of only around 5 million yuan. However, that year also saw Boss Alex begin to explore the Alibaba platform and travel to several southern cities to visit outstanding foreign trade companies. This sparked many inspirations and ideas for the company's development. Even under the pressure of the pandemic, Boss Alex worked tirelessly to find a way out for the company, starting with the creation of platforms like Alibaba, hiring more sales personnel, and expanding the scope of business.
2021-2022 Rapid Expansion Period
In October 2021, to address the recruitment challenges for local Qingzhou operations, the Weifang branch was established in the Fuwei Building. Planning began for a second business team, establishing dual offices in Qingzhou and Weifang. The team grew to 18 people, with annual sales exceeding 44 million yuan.
2023-2024 Stable Development Period
During this period, the company's business will experience steady growth, while new hires will also be growing. The company's team will grow to 25 people, with annual sales reaching 92 million yuan.
As of August 25, 2025, the company's performance officially exceeded 100 million!
The company celebrates together
To celebrate the company's achievement of this "small goal," Boss Alex prepared a surprise for employees: a dessert table for all employees, incentive gifts for top sellers and outstanding contributors, and red envelopes and hand cream for everyone. Beyond always prioritizes employee happiness and a sense of collective honor, ensuring everyone feels the joy of achieving this milestone and fueling their continued success.
That evening, the company treated employees to a feast of DAOZAO Japanese cuisine, and they celebrated this exciting moment with several suppliers.
This day will be remembered by all Beyond employees.
Aside from the joyous celebrations, we also focused on improving our professional knowledge. Boss Alex organized a water well drilling technology workshop, explaining relevant knowledge based on the customer's configuration plan. This empowered everyone with product knowledge and enhanced overall business capabilities. "Be happy but never forget worries, and be prepared for danger in times of peace" has always been the philosophy that Beyond people uphold.
Everyone in the Beyond family shares a common dream: to achieve spiritual enrichment while also achieving financial freedom. However, the road ahead is long, requiring the company and its employees to work together to create limitless possibilities for the future.
