The third week of July is destined to be a busy and fulfilling week for the people of Beyond.

This week, the "business trip team" of Beyond carried out a special forces-style operation, traveling from Weifang to Hebei, Tianjin, Anping, Puyang, and Weifang in three days, covering a distance of more than 2,000 kilometers, receiving three waves of customers, and completing the factory visit mission.

 

 

 

On Sunday, we first received Indian customers in our Weifang office, introduced the company's main situation, and established good customer relations. 

 

The first stop of the business trip on Monday was to visit the drilling rig supplier to discuss the drilling rig project. We inspected the status of the drilling rig and the existing configuration at the well site, and then conducted a detailed configuration discussion based on the reference requirements put forward by the customer.

The second stop was to go to Tianjin to discuss the mud pump set solution with the Indian customer in the hotel. We fully communicated with the customer about the drilling rig configuration and actual use requirements. Next, we will provide the customer with a complete product quotation plan.

The third stop was to rush to Anping overnight to meet with another Indian customer. The next morning, we drove for more than four hours to the Henan supplier factory to inspect the vehicle-mounted drilling rig. After completing the factory visit, we sent the customer away and returned to the company overnight to continue the work of the next day.

On Thursday morning, the foreign trade department of Beyond conducted a product training meeting for the business trip. General Manager Zhao Xiudong gave a systematic explanation to new and old business personnel based on the product photos taken on site, so that everyone had a deeper understanding of the overall structure of the drilling rig and the functions of the supporting equipment. Product sharing is one of the effective ways to enable business personnel to quickly understand the product. Beyond pays special attention to the mastery and expansion of product professional knowledge of business department employees, so that business personnel can have professional product knowledge reserves to conduct professional and efficient negotiations with customers.

 

This business trip not only allowed Beyond's customers to inspect the products on site and enhance their trust in Beyond's company and factory, but also deepened the relationship between Beyond and its suppliers, promoting a win-win cooperation relationship between them. Beyond's mission is to become the most trusted partner of customers in China and seek to grow together with customers. Beyond is not limited to our overseas customers, but suppliers are also the partners that Beyond relies on the most. Without the strong support of suppliers, Beyond cannot move forward independently.
