On July 2, all employees of Beyond held 2025 mid-year review and brainstorming meeting in the Weifang Fortune Center office.
The meeting was mainly divided into three parts:

The head of the Finance Department reported the company's second quarter sales and operating data as a whole. The company attaches great importance to the construction of the promotion platform and provides business personnel with a variety of customer acquisition channels. At the same time, the company continues to improve the welfare system and reward mechanism, cares about the lives of employees, pays attention to the interests of employees, and allows employees to gain happiness in both work and life.
3. Beyond Brainstorming Meeting
This mid-year meeting abandoned the previous form of single-person PPT presentation and adopted a new model of division, fixed theme, joint discussion and co-creation, allowing everyone to actively participate in it, not only from the perspective of business transformation, but also from aspects such as life and team building, and share their own ideas and concepts.
The business department and the logistics department had heated discussions on three aspects: "What kind of life do you want to live", "Ideal team" and "Breakthrough in customer conversion of business difficulties".
In terms of life, everyone hopes to achieve spiritual freedom on the premise of achieving material abundance. In terms of team, everyone's ideal team is mainly guided by collective interests, and individuals have self-awareness and guide mutual assistance, solidarity and friendship.
In terms of business breakthroughs, countermeasures were discussed for common problems such as logistics support, material accumulation, and customer communication. The general manager summarized and summarized to help the business clarify the direction of the next business development.
