October brought us fruitful results. In the recently concluded Alibaba September Competition, Beyond Petroleum achieved a successful performance completion rate of 145.84%. Taking advantage of the third-quarter summary meeting, General Manager Alex arranged for colleagues from Xi'an Beyond Petroleum to travel to Weifang for a learning and exchange program with colleagues from Shandong Beyond.

First meeting - Xi'an colleagues gather in Weifang
On October 22nd, our colleagues from Xi'an Beyond Petroleum arrived in Qingdao by plane in the morning and then visited and worked at the Weifang office in the afternoon.
Due to work arrangements, the general manager, the head of the Foreign Trade Department, and members of the Industry and Mining Department attended the Tianjin Mining Exhibition. Mavis, from the Weifang office's Foreign Trade Department II, led our colleagues from Xi'an on a company tour, explaining the company's development history and immersing them in its culture.

Sharing - Business Representatives Share Their Experiences
On October 23rd, colleagues from the Qingzhou office traveled to Weifang for a business exchange meeting. The morning session was hosted by William, the Purchasing Manager. Beyond Petroleum's top sales representative, Ava, and outstanding sales representatives, Ada, Summer, and Sara, shared their business experiences. They covered new customer acquisition, customer retention, order management, and after-sales service, sharing their experiences and journeys at Beyond and answering questions for new colleagues in Xi'an.

Training——Learn product knowledge together
In the afternoon, William, the Purchasing Manager and Technical Officer, systematically explained the eight major systems of a drilling rig to all sales colleagues, specifically addressing mud pump unit selection, helping new employees get started.
Mr. Wang from the Xi'an branch provided electrical knowledge and highlighted the new trends in oil-to-electric conversion technology.

Communication - Sharing of supervisors' thoughts
On the morning of October 24th, Mr. Li, the head of the Zhongman Petroleum Chengdu Manufacturing Base, provided top drive training to Beyond sales staff. He introduced the advantages of Zhongman's electric direct-drive top drives and the supporting technologies currently under development.
Later, Mark, the platform operator, provided guidance on platform product optimization to maximize product exposure and attract customers.

In the afternoon, the Beyond Petroleum third quarter summary meeting was chaired by General Manager Alex.

Summary - Quarterly Meeting Planning
After analyzing everyone's dreams and goals, we proposed a new sprint plan for the fourth quarter: "Work hard for 50 million, and go to Yunnan together."
