In mid-June 2026, Shandong Beyond Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully dispatched a complete set of the F-1000 Mud Pump Unit to a drilling project in West Asia. This shipment marks another milestone in Beyond’s mission to provide customized and high-reliability integrated solutions for the global oil and gas industry.

Beyond’s technical team meticulously integrated premium components to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency:

Mud Pump System: Featuring the Beyond F-1000 Mud Pump, fully compliant with API-7K standards.

Power & Transmission: Driven by a Cummins KTA38-C1300 diesel engine coupled with a Reastar NT-2040A transmission. Both are mounted on a heavy-duty shared base for superior stability.

Control System: Equipped with a local control cabinet and a remote control system (operational up to 50 meters in the driller’s cabin), allowing regulation of engine start/stop, speed, and transmission shifting. The local cabinet also controls the charging pump, lubrication pump, and spray pump.

Charging System: Integrated with an SB6811-1/2" charging pump system (55kw) to ensure a stable slurry supply under project-specific pressure conditions.
