Tubular liquid automatic backwash filtration system
The tube-type liquid automatic backwash filtration system consists of one or more filter circuits connected to the main pipeline with an inlet valve and an outlet valve. Each filter circuit is called "a row", and each row of filters consists of several filter units. The number of filter units in each column of filters and the total number of columns of backwash filters should be determined according to the required process characteristics, namely flow, flow rate, viscosity, average particle content in the medium and some other process parameters.
Performance characteristics:
1) Backwash unit by unit to realize continuous operation
2) The increase in flow rate only needs to increase the filter unit, without replacing the whole set of equipment
3) Wide range of applicable working conditions
Application areas:
Continuous filtration of gasoline, diesel, wax oil, sewage and some solvents, continuous filtration of hydrogenated raw oil
