General structure of this F-1000 pump unit

Recently, BEYOND provided two sets of F-1000 drilling mud pump unit to Indian client, which have been produced and delivered on time according to client’s requirements.

General structure of this F-1000 pump unit:

The Pump unit is completed with: Power unit, Pump assembly and supercharging system etc.

The whole unit is in the form of “T”. Transmisson way: the power from the diesel engine(Cummins KTA38-C1300) is transferred through Reastar Gear box, Cardan shaft to drive the pump and make it working. The super-charging pump will greatly strengthen the suction effect of the mud pump.

The engine, gearbox and transmission shaft are installed on one skid, and the mud pump and super charging pump system are installed on the other skid.
