BEYOND 2 sets of F-1000 mud pump unit delivered to Indian client

 

Recently, BEYOND provided two sets of F-1000 drilling mud pump unit to Indian client, which have been produced and delivered on time according to clients requirements.

 

General structure of this F-1000 pump unit:

The Pump unit is completed with: Power unit, Pump assembly and supercharging system etc.

The whole unit is in the form of T. Transmisson way: the power from the diesel engine(Cummins KTA38-C1300) is transferred through Reastar Gear box, Cardan shaft to drive the pump and make it working. The super-charging pump will greatly strengthen the suction effect of the mud pump.

The engine, gearbox and transmission shaft are installed on one skid, and the mud pump and super charging pump system are installed on the other skid.

The super-charging pump system adopts 55KW explosion-proof motor.

The super-charging pump is manufactured by XBSY, the bset option from China.

The electric spraying pump cooling system helps to improve the service life if cylinder liners and pistons.

The power end is equipped with an external electric-type lubricating oil pump system,

and the combination of built-in forced lubrication and splashing lubrication makes the lubrication of each friction pair and bearing more reliable.

The electric control cabinet controls the startup of the super-charging pump, spary pump and lubricating pump,

and starts the lubrication and super-charging system before the mud pump runs,

effectively increasing the service life of the mud pump.

 

Except the pump unit solutions mentioned above, we can also provide different proposals according to customer requirements:
